The new website of the Netherlands School of Human Rights Research was officially launched at the annual research conference of the School, in Tilburg on Friday 2 October 2009. To mark this occasion, we have uploaded an excerpt from the speech of Eleanor Roosevelt, introducing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at the 1948 General Assembly of the United Nations.
